ehem... this is the track speech.

ladies and gentlemen... welcome to track season... home of 'track'. there are many events in track and field... as you well know... indoor has smaller lengths of events like the 55 , 300, 600, 800, 1000, and so on... in outdoor it's 100, 200, 400, 800 and up... quite frankly, i think the 55 and the 100 are the same, as goes for 300 to 200 and 600 to 400... then it's all equal i believe. any rising track star should be able to easily run the 100... its very simple... it's like... riding a bike... you can't forget it, and the first time you hop on, you never hop off... get it? so basically, once you run a 100, all you can do is get better and perfect... perfect the skill of moving swiftly for the 'best results' ... just please don't hang your tougue out of ur mouth when you run, it's disgusting. ... well... yea...
running a 200... it's like you gotta have the right skill with your arms... its really not that hard but like... moving them back and forth... not swinging them across your body will get you to ur final destination faster
according to desination runs, personally girls run to peru... its great down there :) ::Sticks tongue out:: guys... i'd go to brazil... :-P
anyway 400's ... umm... it gets a little tricky.. i mean sprinting wise it's a good idea to sprint... but i mean... its aight to like... get aight at this... but normally most ppl would rather run the 8, cuz seriously... runnign the 4 is just... uhhh.... not clean... it makes you wanna gag when ur done...
the 800- is the best race EVER!!! let me tell you.. its my event these days.. besids jumping... and like... its awesome... 4 laps in indoor... 2 in outdoor... and like... the glory of that race... it's unforgettable no matter how many times you 'run' it.. its like... i love it... its like.. OMG!!!!!!! wooooooooo!!!! hehe... so like...
the 1600!! double the 8 ooooooooooh riiiiiiiiite!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha... the 1600 is at a slower pace then the 800 making it alot of well.. funn... i guess... you could say...
then you come to the 3200... and its like WHOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ... that awesome... now i can't even begin to explain to you... how awesome it's like i just can't even explain
so then you get to hurdles... and im not trying to say it's dirty but... lol.. jumpign over a hurdle... well now... what are the hurdles?? hahaha
field events... well throwing is simple tossing of ...balls see
jumping... now a hop skip and a jump... or a push off and jump... RUN THROUGH THE MAT... land in the sand... oh man... see it sounds great!!!

ESPECIALLY when they are co-ed

DEAD... so my mid distances girls... whom i love so much... saved my ass... told coach... i was told to stop IMMEDIATLY... yes maggie im in 'trouble'!!!!!! thanks girls ilu sooo much... eva... thanks for gettin me thru that....

im requesting not to run inside anymore...

on another note... i got tired of being ignored at practice... so basicallly i threw kinda a fit... and i really dont' care... it is the truth... and i think i proved my point... you guys socialilzed leaving me out... best friends... yea uhuh suuure.. best friends don't do that

on a heavy note... im so pissed at these 'sprinters and jumpers' no... you're SLAKERS!!! you ask me why you suck so bad... you dont' work hard at all... if i wasn't about to pass out... i would have finished.. i don't walk when i run... i don't skip sets of stairs, walk on them, or skip them all together... thats not was dedicated runners do... yes running is hard, and it's painful, but it doesn't mean you just stop... you're makin urself suck... and with this whole... 'i have shin splints' bs... don't talk to me. because i bet 20 bucks... none of you have it and ur just looking for an easy way out... cuz 'track is soooo hard' ... are you serious? you're kidding me... cuz i don't see us runnign suicides to get better... and you wonder why all the distance and mid distances girls are good? ... im glad i run w/ them... cuz i hate HATE slackers....

it is finally sunday night... yea cuz im really excited cuz it's gonna snow and pray for no school and all and like w/e... but this weekend... had just been alot of fun, but no sleep... :)

wooo friday night was uhh lets see what did i do, i babysat... i bounced around w/ the kids.. who were aight, on the demon side, but like... yeaaa you know... so pack won manch lost yea yea

on to one of the most unforgettable days of my life, i am really not kidding here. i woke up around 7 2 go to the meet, dunkin donuts baby oooh riight... so then i got to school and we got on the bus and yea yea... so we get ther... its mad boring, we start reading magazines lol... laura u'll get your track induction sooner or later... so on to playing cards down by the pit.... eygptian war but ant called it eqyptian rat screw... we jumpers were having a great time you kno you know... yea... uhh i don't like yale's facility, it isn't the pit, it isnt' the BANKED track.. which i am anti against btw.... uhh the air... jsut make's you want to choke, i almost did running my 8 which wasn't terrible, not my best but w/e... so then after i was like ready to die!!!! but screw that... i went to jump, the official was a dickfuck... i wanted to beat the living shits out of him but w/e w/e w/e... so i jumped aight i guess 12 4... w/e i'll pull it together...

so then it came

the game... was fucking amazing... i don't think those bruins fans *(that happened to sit next to me)* liked me 2 much... as i quite nicely... screamed my head off at their losers of a team!!! so anyway me and sarah and jen were having a great time, bowling for soup played the most awesome show i've seen in a while and let me tell you did we fuckin luck out or what. see i got these booster club connections, cuz im a very active member, cept i can't be on the board until im 18 or something... w/e so i was upstairs on the concourse runnin to get my t-shirts riight and i ran into jon and andrew... who had passes to go meet bowling for soup, the asked me if i wanted to go, of course, i was just like OH MY GOD YEA! so i called jen, she was in teh bathroom, but that didn't matter, i ran back to get tickets and my stuff and omg!!!! so we got there and we are frekaing out... hhahahah I MET BOWLING FOR SOUP!!!!

haha PORKCHOP.. bite that.. so like we got down there and i was freaking out!! so we got to the front of the line and they signed the posters and i got my poster signed and then jon says what about the jersey and like... i said 'they only can sign one thing' well they said 2 chuck it over... and BAM my rangers jersey is signed by the loverly bowling for soup... thank you very much!!!!!! we missed the 3rd and ot who cares... we run back downstairs and it's shoot out time... and bam... WE WIN!!!!!!! steve.... niiiiiiice - jen and sarah omg that was the best night ever i love you girls so much bffl!!

so i got home right... 6 hours later (not that i slept) ... ALARM CLOCK.. oh fuck... its time for practice... no hockey team should ever have to do suicides at 8am... :( w/e we had a decent practice you know you know!!

so basically i came home, tried to sleep but then had to go to church... 2 CHURCH!!! fuck this shit, i haven't slept in days and you want me to go to fuckin church - please lets be serious here.... so i went w/o a fuss... but you know

so then i went to the cemetery to visit grammie and pops cuz thats what we do on the 4th sunday of advent... tradition never fails... another xmas w/o them and it sucks

so i came home and holl came to get me and we went to the mall and i got everyone's gifts and it was exciting, man shoping for someone (lol holl) IS IMPOSSIBLE... well.. i just say go w/ what we decided girl...

so basically after that i typed my paper, thank god my mother owns that book :) lol then i played age w/ the cheaters... big mistake

14 hours is way to long

how did you spend your saturday? i can tell you i wasn't at the rink, at the game, at home playing age, out at the mall w/ sryz, or home in my own bed....
